At Mystics Athletic School our Tai-Chi includes Chen, Yang, Wu, Ba Gua, Hsing Yi, Chi-Kung, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tai-Chi Dragon Fan.
Our Kung-Fu includes Praying Mantis, Nan Chuan, White Crane, weapons (flute, broad and straight swords, daggers, stick, spear, and kwandao), Eastern/Western boxing (Chuan) and Wing Chun Wooden Man.
Steven has been teaching Chinese Martial Arts, "Kung Fu", "Wu Shu" and Competitive Gymnastics since 1984. He has coached in New England and California, working with Professional and National Champions.
In 1991 Steven began teaching Traditional Chinese Medicine (including Tui-Na, Magnetic Hammer, Chi-Gong, Acupressure, and Cupping) after studying under world renowned healer and teacher Tom Tam. You can learn more about Chinese Medicine and Tom Tam by visiting www.TomTam.com.
