All international orders are
processed on an individual per order basis. Given the risky nature
of international payments and transactions, all safeguards are taken
to ensure the authenticity of all orders. We apologize in advance
for this inconvenience.
For the timeliest processing of international orders, wire transfer
the funds to us. Use the form below to indicate the items you wish
to purchase. We will respond with the dollar value and further
instructions on how to proceed. If you wish to purchase with an
international money order or Credit Card, please allow 2 weeks for
your payments to clear.
In most cases, shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada and Guam may be
processed normally. Canadian customers, like all international
clients are liable for all duties, tariffs and fees that apply.
Customer must pay for shipments both ways for exchanges or returns.
Aiya Group Inc. is not liable for any shipping charges for any
international orders regardless of the cause or situation.
All APO/ FPO orders are processed using the US Postal service as the
delivery carrier. A handling fee of approximately $5-$10 is added to
each order to cover extra handling services.
For Intl orders outside US territories, APO/ FPO, we require a
minimum $200 order. |
