Chi Projection according to legend was developed to enhance the body's flow of Chi or internal energy. The projection of Chi used for healing the body and used commonly by Qigong Masters for massage and healing of the sick and injured.

Here, the first two levels from 18 Daoist Palms System Kung Fu's Chi Projection are taught. Each level consists of one seated moving meditation with a complex breath control sequence. These meditations are presented at the intermediate level. Step by step instruction with front and side views are presented. Each movement is numbered and broken down into lessons for easy learning. The DVD follows the same format as the book.
