You should have a e-mail address for customer service on your home page. I received my subscription, but not at the correct address. I had to wait to call customer service to change it because I could not find an e-mail address where you list all your other addresses.

Not a big thing and not enough to discourage me. Just wanted you to know.

Haven't spent a great deal of time on the site, but I would like more product information. I like to know material, dimensions, recommended use, etc..

Actually the site is setup very nicely. It's easy to navigate and you have a very good inventory.

It is alittle unclear how what is the best way to have things shipped to the UK. It would encourage purchases if this was clearer.

When i clicked on the about samurai swords, it took me back to the main page. I like the way the menu bar to the left is constructed.

It is hard to look through your inventory. need better descriptions, better pictures. you have lots of pictures, good for making sure what kind of porducts you have.

Everything is fine for me. I absolutely love the website. (best) You sell the most awesome equipment, weapons etc. Stuff that I can't find anywhere else, and most of it for a lot cheaper than other sites.

I like it all except you don't have weighted clothing for strength or regular training. Like have a shirt with pouches for weights to make it heavier and pants and shoes...etc. ... I like how you have many many weapons to choose from different lengths styles and i think you guys actually know what your talking about and doing.

That u have to buy for over 100$ if u are outside the us that's why i haven't bought anything.. (best thing) Everything! The wide selection, the nice looks of weapons and that u have weapons for almost every weapon martial art (as far as i've looked).. But keep up the excelent work!! =D

The video tapes, books, etc in the media section are too old. You need new info and old.... love the varitey of weapons.

I don't see where I can have a catalogue sent via postal mail and I want to show my boyfriend what I want him to get me for Valentines Day because other wise I get gears and handle bars for a bike I barley have time to ride. I really like the pictures and would love to know more about them and what there meanings are. The site is easy to move around on and pleasing to the eyes.

It would be nice if you carries more economy, cheaper kendo gear, also if you carried a larger selection of functional stores.... This site really does have alot of good stuff for pretty affordable prices. It also carries equipment for a variety of martial arts, definetly a great site.

Many of your pages promise to be very exciting and enlightening to anyone interested in martial arts, but they need to be completed first. Many of the interesting links on your site lead to empty pages. I look forward to what will come. I really appretiate the hollistic approach to your website, offering insight and explaination as well as products. I haven't bought anything yet, and already you have made a loyal customer.

I haven't seen anything bad about Gungfu.com or the website.... The diverse selection of sword types is amazing, and the attention to detail on the ornate hilts is incredible.

the worst thing about Gungfu.com is that there are no free catalogs so that i can buy some of your pruducts, If possible please send me one... The best things are good prizes on manny items.

It took me a while to realize the Banner text links at the top of the page so I didnt know where to look to find weaponds. but i like hope simple it is to find information and i especially appreciated the information you have on Martial Artests of the past ex... The only thing i would chang is, I would make the banner text links bigger, and i would make a full list of all the weaponds that you have because most people even martial artests do not know the difference between Japanese weaponds and chinese weaponds and so forth-so you need a list that combinds them all so people can check them out and maybe even a breif description of each -cause remember like Bruce lee once said-Having a method and technique isnt bad it just that "if we cling to them we become bound by there limitations."...Well Since "Art is the exspression of ones self" Bruce Lee-

i like everything about this sight i wouldnt change anything although i would let some people look at your forms and dimistrations ... you can find all sorts of neat stuff here and their are unlimmitted rescorces....

To tell you the truth i like it cuz its my first time in a martial arts store website so its pretty nice the only thing that i would like to change would be the title when you go to the website where on the background i would put a ying yang with a dragon on each side one black and one red. ... That you guys are truly dedicated to showing and teaching everything there is to know about martial arts.

The look aint bad but some of the links just dont woork. I had to search for the items because the link didnt work at all.... The variety of wepons and items is just overwhelming. And the prices are really reasonable too.

I really appreciate the layout of the links on the left side of the screen. It makes navigating the site much simpler and more effecient than most other sites on the net.

To tell the truth i havent found anything i don't like about it but i guess i can say to add more weapons to the inventory.... The selection and variety of weapons you have.

I enjoyed the articles on Samurai Sword Information and on how to Throw a Star. I also enjoyed seeing the swords and staves as well.

excellent site... everything was easy to find

display more items, or make them easier to see. (after, all, it IS the product.)... i love the widest selection, and fantastic prices. it makes it easier for a teenager with enough problems.

I am intending to start a collection however, some more setailed background info on some of the weapons would be great. I don't really want to purchase a weapon that I know nothin about.... Easy navigation and organization and the wide variety of weapons offered (especially the Chinese weapons).

Website is perfect... Very easy mobility when navigating through your website.

I find quite a few factual and historical errors that sometimes get on my nerves, but otherwise, this is honestly my favorite online Martial Arts store. Ha, even though I haven't purchased from here yet, I look forward to repeated business in the future.... You have a very good selection of weaponry, it seems very complete, and you don't mix in a slew of uninteresting, unrelated gimmicky items that have nothing to do with martial arts.
