I don't like the black
backround color. It drowns out some of the site's other color themes. Over all the black
is ok looking in some places, but is not 100% inviting.... I am impressed by how organized
you are. I love the selection, and the prices (most of the time). This is really my
favorite place to buy for my martial arts needs. You truely are top of the line.

The navigation is a
bit hard to follow. only because not too many web sites use this kind of outlining
format. some areas are underconstruction. ... really clean efficient site.

I think you should
have a better tracking thing, this one takes a while.... The thing i love most about your
website, it that its really easy to find the things your looking for.

Your Box borders
should be like swords make it look more ancient instead of so plain all the stuff in the
website is great though its the inside what counts.. The stuff inside your website is
awsome and prices are crazy are they bad quality or somethin cause you guys are thousands
cheaper than anything eles ive looked at

I think everything
looks decent the way it is. a little confusing when looking for specific weapons but
still able to find it.... The Variety of weapons that some sites dont have.

I have no problem with
the website I only have problems with unanswered emails.... easy to find what you are
looking for (Gungfu.com is dedicated to answering all emails... sorry yours slipped!!)

anything negative so far and don't expect to. I might make home page a little more

You sent a
confirmation. The mail came fast. The bad thing was that you didn't tell me
that the butterfly board was discontinued. No invoice came with the product. I ended
up calling the number referred to in the e-mail confirmation to find out where it was.
That was when I was told it was discontinued.

A little more details
on the different products would have helped. Especially since you have so many Kung
fu fans & I was trying to avoid the nylon ones since the last nylon one I bought
didn't last through one class. Can be a little hard to find something when you're looking
for something specific, but don't know what it would be under.

Don't get me wrong I
love this store and I will buy more and more in the future, however the lenghts varied
from chuck to to chuck even when I ordered the same size etc. I don't know why, but that
did dissapoint me on the fact that when I wanted to use two chucks my roatations are off.

actually fit. Title shorts rip material out of croch and don't fit also wrong sizes.

"Very" good
for prompt, professional communciations and services. Exchange/return procedures are
not so convenient though.... Your website is easy to read and stylish (beautiful use of
Chinese art work). More martial arts shoes in HALF sizes, please! Given many women
have to live with men's martial arts shoes, it is critical for us to have half size shoes,
esp. in smaller sizes (5.0, 5.5, 6.0).
2) More martial arts shoes that are BLACK in color, please...

There was an initial
problem when placing the order, it was resolved in a satisfying manner. Although
problems are usually avoided in the firts place, it is very good to know that should they
arise they will be dealt with promptly and effectively. It can be a bit difficult to
find what you are looking for, and even when finding at times it takes several clicks to
locate the exact item. Simplified menu would be useful. Just the simple fact
that I have resolved complications with ordering in the past very easily is all that I
really need in order to lean me towards recommendation.

great, i have never ordered anthing off of this one but the weapons look really good.
im planing on buying a samurai sword from this site soon but im just not sure about
how the quality of the sword is like if its a cheap sword. but it looks good.

You should have a
e-mail address for customer service on your home page. I received my subscription,
but not at the correct address. I had to wait to call customer service to change it
because I could not find an e-mail address where you list all your other addresses. ...
Not a big thing and not enough to discourage me. Just wanted you to know.... Haven't
